Overview
This program is an introduction to basketball. A strong emphasis on fundamentals in a fun and non-competitive atmosphere. Teams will be formed and games will be incorporated. Equal playing time for all players assuming regular attendance and a positive attitude. Volunteer coaches are needed and all coaches will receive training.

Team Size : 6 to 8 players per team
Fee per Season: $100
Sign up for both Seasons (fall & winter) : $150
$12 mandatory practice jersey (reusable each season)

Fall In-House : Fundamentals will continue to be the focus. Emphasis on shooting, dribbling, passing, pivoting, spacing, and building a good basketball IQ. Volunteer coaches are needed and will receive training. Equal playing time for all players assuming regular attendance and a positive attitude. Games will be refereed and played in a non-competitive atmosphere.
Winter Rec-Travel : Winter Rec Travel : Girls will play in our RecTravel program as a part of the Girl’s Recreational Basketball League (GRBL) against teams from other local associations - Prior Lake, Burnsville, Bloomington, Lakeville North, Lakeville South, and Victoria. Practices during the week with league games on the weekend. This league is more competitive than In House but not as competitive as Travel. This league will still focus on skills and fundamentals while preparing them to transition to the Travel program
